“Royal Coachman”
Probably the most well recognized fishing fly ever developed and almost always included in the the fly fisher’s fly box. This pattern has been used by fly fishers for almost two centuries and never seems to lose it’s popular appeal. The Royal Coachman carving can be made in either wet or dry styles. The “oddments” in this photo show the relative size of the carving.
